Check-In/Out

Check in is at 4pm, check out is at 11am. Late checkout is available for a 25 dollar fee.

House Info/Rules

Riverwood Inn is a non-smoking/vaping property.

We are a couples oriented inn there for we can not accommodate pets or children under the age of 16

Quiet time is 9pm to 8am. We want to enjoy our outdoor area’s with your favorite beverage but please respect the fact that some people (including the folks that will be cooking your breakfast) are early to bed and early to rise.

In order to protect our beautiful hardwood floors, we are a no-shoes-allowed inn. This will protect our rugs and wood floors.   Slippers are available on a first come first server basis. 

Each room can accommodate only two people.

We will, upon request, provide you with a TV and a ROKU device to login to your favorite streaming apps. We do not provide cable television. The ROKU device will let you set a date to delete your guest profile automatically so there is no need to worry about logging out of all your apps. You can also do this manually if you are more comfortable. These are first come first serve and can be requested at check-in.

Food Allergies

Please note that while we do our absolute best to accommodate dietary restrictions, we do not have a gluten free/nut free/vegan kitchen. There is the possibility of cross contamination. At the time of booking you will have the opportunity to tell us of any dietary restrictions whether it’s an allergy or a preference it would be good to know as far in advance as possible so we can properly prepare (don’t worry you won’t sacrifice the yummy factor). We will ask when you check in as well but at that point if you tell us for the first time it may be too late to have something ready for you the next morning.

Booking/Cancellation Policies

A 50% deposit (or minimum one night ) is due at time of booking. The deposit is required to lock in your reservation. If there is an issue with payment we will contact you and you have 3 days to get it straightened out with us or the reservation will be cancelled.

If you are booking within one week of check-in, the full amount will be charged.

The remainder of your balance is due at check in.

There is a two night minimum stay required at booking. We will consider one night stays (depending on time of year and how busy we are). During the busy season, we only consider it last minute (call about a week before you are looking to stay). You must call for any one night stay requests.

If you cancel outside of two weeks to your check in, you will receive your deposit back minus a 25 dollar per night fee.

If you cancel within 2 weeks of your check-in, you forfeit the deposit. We understand that emergencies pop up, if you have one, please call us and we will do our best to work with you. 

If you do not show up for the first night of your stay and do not call to let us know, the remainder of the stay will be cancelled, and you will be charged the full amount of your balance to the credit card on file.    Please understand that a no-show does not give us the opportunity to rebook your room and is lost income for us.

We do not provide a refund for unused nights if you need to leave early.
