STAY SAFE WITH US
We’d like you to know that we are fully complying with all CDC and NH Health Department requirements. If you've stayed here before you know that Susan is a fanatic about keeping this place immaculately clean; and with the current situation we are sanitizing all "touched" surfaces regularly each day; and providing for social distancing in the common areas.
Even though it is not a requirement, we “block off” each room after a guest’s stay for twenty-four hours before the room can be occupied by our next guest; while we clean – windows opened, to ensure that it is truly sanitized before our next guests arrive.
Also, we are not allowed to enter the guest rooms while they are occupied - to make up beds, fold towels, and empty trash bins (Susan calls it “fluffing and buffing”) - as we usually do; but we are always at the ready to provide fresh towels and bathroom amenities when needed.
For breakfast we have re-arranged our dining tables (with a tape measure in hand) to provide the required distance between our breakfast-goers. We request that guests sit only at tables that have been set up to achieve our safety goal; and we ask our guests to not move the place settings to empty tables.
In busy periods, such as holiday periods, we provide two breakfast seatings each morning to accomplish the distancing requirements.
Pretty much all guests arrive wearing face coverings (we wear ours at all times whenever we have people around) the only thing we still have to do is remind them to ditch their footgear in the lobby - we provide slippers that are cleansed after each stay - but socks are fine with us.
When moving about all guests are required to “cover up”, but when dining they can remove masks (it’d be pretty difficult to eat our gourmet fare with them in place) however Susan, I and our wait-staff keep ours on at all times.
We wish you a happy and healthy stay; and to please not worry about being safe here with us;
and please… don’t be strangers!
